DeerDoc came to us as a brand-new wildlife and livestock supplement with no logo, no storefront, and no market presence. We built the entire brand from the ground up and continue to manage its marketing, taking it from a concept to a fully operational business selling direct-to-consumer and wholesale.
We partnered with DeerDoc to launch a new-to-market feed supplement and have grown with it ever since. The engagement started with complete brand creation, moved into a full Shopify ecommerce build, and expanded into social media, paid advertising, and ongoing marketing management. In short, we handled everything from the first logo sketch to the campaigns running today, giving DeerDoc a single team accountable for the whole brand rather than a patchwork of vendors.
DeerDoc is a Mobile, Alabama wildlife and livestock supplement brand built around flavonoid-fortified alfalfa pellets, positioned as a natural approach to parasite resistance and herd health for whitetail and mule deer. The product entered a rugged, trust-driven market where hunters, landowners, and rural retailers make decisions based on credibility. As a brand-new entry with no identity or sales channel in place, DeerDoc needed a strong first impression everywhere at once, from the retail shelf to the phone screen.
Our challenge was to launch a credible brand from nothing and make it sell across two very different channels at the same time. Direct-to-consumer buyers needed a clean, informative online experience with a frictionless checkout, while wholesale buyers needed retail-ready packaging that could earn a spot on feed store shelves. Everything, from the logo to the packaging to the storefront to the ads, had to feel cohesive and trustworthy from day one, and it all had to keep moving after launch to build momentum in a competitive space.

We started by creating the full brand identity, including primary, secondary, and icon logos, a typography and color system, product packaging for the alfalfa pellet lineup, trade show materials, business cards, and product flyers. Once the brand assets were approved, we built the DeerDoc storefront on Shopify, setting up the product catalog, payments, shipping, and taxes for a complete, ready-to-sell operation. From there we created and branded the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts, then launched and managed paid campaigns across Meta and Google to drive traffic and conversions. Today we continue to manage the brand's marketing on an ongoing basis, coordinating sales and promotions, sending email and SMS campaigns, managing social media, and keeping the entire online presence current.
We worked in phases so the brand could be built on a solid foundation. First came brand development, beginning with the logo and expanding into the full identity, packaging, and print and trade show collateral, with client approval before anything moved forward. With the assets locked, we built and configured the Shopify storefront end to end, wiring up products, payments, shipping, and taxes so the store was genuinely ready to transact rather than just look good. Next we stood up the social accounts with on-brand profiles and foundational content, then layered in Meta and Google advertising to fuel early awareness and sales. Finally, the relationship shifted into ongoing management, where we run promotions, email and SMS blasts, and social content, and keep the brand's presence maintained and evolving over time.
The launch gave DeerDoc a strong footing across both online and retail channels. The Shopify storefront delivered an intuitive, informative buying experience that supported early sales and brand recognition, while the packaging opened wholesale opportunities by making the product shelf-ready for feed stores. The branded social accounts drew immediate attention from the hunting community, and the advertising drove steady traffic to the site. Most telling of all, the relationship didn't end at launch: DeerDoc continues to trust us with its marketing, which is the clearest signal that the work is delivering.
